WISE Bio-Odor Away™ is an odorless, non toxic, non masking hypo-allergenic product that works quickly to clean and permanently destroy the source of odors caused by smoke, urine, feces, or any other decomposing organics. WISE  Bio-Odor Away’s quick dissolving action makes cleaning efficient and effortless. When applied, it performs three critical functions:

1. Eliminates odor on contact
2. Quickly loosens organic matter to facilitate its removal from a surface.
3. Prevents bio-film formation on treated surfaces. Bio-film generally emits residual odors and   creates further unsanitary contamination because of remaining organisms that collect and feed bacteria and germs

Bio-Odor Away is completely safe to use. It needs no WHIMS training, or special handling or storage requirements, and bio-degrades completely within 28 days.

WISE  Bio-Odor Away is non selective in what it attacks, and works over a broad rang of pH, both acidic and alkaline, which is not usually the case with enzyme formulas.

WISE  Bio-Odor Away is one of the most versatile cleaning products  available. It can be poured or sprayed on to any surface. Since frequent use will not damage, or discolor any washable surface, this product is    especially useful for high traffic areas that constantly require cleaning and deodorizing.

Application

This product must always be diluted with water. Remove as much of the solid organics from the surface as possible, then apply WISE  Bio-Odor Away with a spraying device or mop. Dwell time is needed for the product to work properly. Let stand two to five minutes. On heavily soiled surfaces, agitation and/or a second application may be necessary before all the residual organic matter is emulsified.  Agitation speeds up results. It facilitates the process that breaks down dirt and grime and keeps them in the water solution. Agitate with a rag, mop or short bristle brush after applying WISE  Bio-Odor Away solution to a surface.  WISE  Bio-Odor Away may be used as an additive to institutional wastewater, humidifier reservoirs, cooling water, laundry etc.

Note:  a potable water rinse is required for all surfaces in sanitary food processing areas.

For maximum BOD reduction in effluent streams, use other WISE colloidal products throughout your facility.

Suggested Dilutions

If you did not purchase the ready-to-use strength of this product, here are directions for use:

1. General Cleaning:   For general janitorial cleaning; perfect for cleaning washrooms, waste collection receptacles, food preparation areas, kennels or any where there is odor generated from decaying organics.  Mix 1 part conc. to 10 parts water 
   
   
2. Mopping:  For cleaning cleaning and de-odorizing marble, VC tile and ceramic wood and other hard surfaces, mix 1 part conc. to 20 parts water Adjust dilution to level of soiling. 
   
   
3. General Odor Treatment:  Cold fog or atomize an area to remove cigarette smoke, or other organic based odors. Can be used in livestock facilities, packing plants, fish and food processing etc.  Mix 1 part conc. to 15 parts water.
