WISE Salt Halt™ is a marine-grade, safe, bio-based boat cleaner that provides boat owners a method to easily maintain appearance and reduce salt infiltration into the exterior and interior boat surfaces. Salt-laden water can penetrate boat surfaces corroding the structural integrity of a vessel. As the moisture dries, the salt re-crystallizes and is almost impossible to remove. This residual salt stays to continually corrode any reinforcing material.
Salt Halt is able to quickly flush the exterior of a boat, dissolving 80-90% of the residual salt, and displaces it with a plant-based ingredient that will repel further salt accumulation and infiltration. This product is exceptionally efficient at flushing salt out of the cooling systems of personal watercraft vehicles, inboards, outboards and I/Os. As a concentrated solution, it provides extended corrosion protection to engines, and averts salt buildup inside the engine’s cooling system, decreasing the chances of overheating. |

Technology Highlights
Micelles are sub-microscopic, electrically charged particles that, when activated in water, repel each other in a ceaseless random movement. Micelles in liquid solution measure only 2 to 4 nanometers in size, 50 to one hundred times smaller than the particles created from typical cleaners and detergents. This small size and their extreme surface-area-to-volume ratio enable the micelles to penetrate complex carbon molecules, and emulsify organic matter.

Suggested Dilutions
If you did not purchase the ready-to-use strength of this product, dilute as follows:
Salt Displacement: 1 part conc. to 15-20 parts water (8 oz. concentrate to 1 gallon of water).
Apply a generous amount of solution onto boat surface affected by salt accumulation. Let solution percolate throughout the boat surface. Wash salt off with more solution. Vacuum or wipe exterior surface dry.
Engine Flush: Add concentrate directly to cooling system. 32 oz. bottle of Salt Halt concentrate yields 8 applications for engine flush (4 oz. per application).
